Cardinal Drive

My wife and I are renting out our home in Taylors, SC 29687. It’s approximately 8 minutes from Bob Jones University, 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, and 20 minutes from downtown Greer. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom is a master bedroom and thus has its own bathroom). The home is approximately 1,200 sq feet with a nice fenced in backyard. Currently, there are three ladies that are currently renting in the home, but one is planning to move out by the end of February. The two ladies that plan to remain are both in their mid twenties. I am interested in renting both rooms for $700/month each with the following included in that price: electricity, Wi-Fi, pest control, yard maintenance, and water. I am happy to chat with anyone who may be interested in renting, and I can plan to schedule a time to show the house. The home will come with the following appliances: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

The two ladies that plan to stay after February are both in their mid twenties.
