Hannah's room

This property is located 15 minutes from UNF and FSCJ South campus. It’s twenty minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes to the beaches. The location is everything.

The house is beautiful, and this is the master, so the room and bathroom are private. The house has plenty of natural light, and so does the room and bathroom. As the master, it is very spacious. There is wood floor all throughout the house, so it’s easy to maintain, and washer and dryer are present.

There are currently no other roomies, but there will be at least two others. The ideal roommate is someone who is self sufficient, cleans up after themselves, doesn’t have or start drama, and is respectful.
