Hey I’m Neil! I own the place and live there so I’d love to rent out the room to someone I can be friends with. I’m a 26 year old software engineer with 2 cats. During the week I go into the office during the day and go to workout classes or social events in the evening. On the weekend I usually play beach volleyball or other sports and go out with friends. I keep the place very clean and organized and have a cleaner that comes every few weeks. My work feeds me so I don’t cook.
