I’m an occupied owner. This is a 3 story house. The room for rent is upstairs. Basement has the laundry room I request tidiness in the common areas. Main level has TV and dining area, kitchen, and then another sitting area near fireplace. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere and great neighbors. More information if interested. Backyard, corner lot. Excellent location. Near I-5, hwy 14, and 205. Just minutes from downtown Portland. Very close to the Columbia River, near downtown Vancouver, restaurants, and attractions. Room for a bike in garage and a few totes for storage, and common area is furnished…. this includes kitchen items. I have a big screen tv that we share time and space with. I love birds and wildlife. I’m a walker and backpacker. There also is heat and air conditioning in common area. The rent includes utilities. I look forward to hearing from you.
