I am the owner. I love cooking and keep the house and property clean and maintained. All common areas are to be kept tidy and free of clutter. We have a basement with a washer and dryer and would allow some additional storage. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and kitchen appliances. Two sitting areas and one with a big screen tv. Of course wifi is available and all utilities paid. Parking space provided for one car. This situation would be ideal for a remote worker with the second room as an office space. We are quiet and low key people.
