It’s a free standing unit, so there are no neighbors directly above, below, or beside us.

Shared bathroom.

Room will be unfurnished. 15’ x 7’( plus the closet space).

The rest of the house is pretty much fully furnished, with room for a couple more small pieces once my current roommate takes his desk and small corner cabinet.

This is a pretty intimate space, so it’s very important that we can be super considerate of each other.

And it’s fine to have a friend over from time to time to chill in the garden or the house, but it’s not a space for gatherings or overnight guests (except maybe on a rare occasion, like if you have a visitor from out of town).

Deposit required (same amount as first month’s rent)

Looking to share the home with someone who:

– works full-time outside the home

– is open to using only naturally scented cleaning products, candles, etc.

About Me:

I am a kind, respectful, considerate person who loves to keep the space extremely/impeccably clean & tidy. And I work as a professional organizer, and keeping the home clean & uncluttered is very important to me.

I am very health conscious and physically active, and do not drink or smoke.

I eat mostly plant based, but do occasionally cook meat in the house.
