Looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s private room who is leaving at the end of February.

-Location in Lower Lawrenceville -680 plus utilities -two bed, two shared bath, cute fenced backyard, kitchen, and living room. -in unit washer/dryer -central ac -very close to nightlife, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and other entertainment facilities. -no pets allowed -LGBTQIA+ friendly -no smoking

I’m 34 and work from home for the time being. I have two loving little dogs snugs and nala. I’m pretty chill and easy going. I love to go out with friends, workout, cafe hop, and watch tv.

My ideal roomie would be communicative, kind/friendly, keeps the common areas neat, and must love dogs.
