Looking for people to take over my lease. I will pay for the entirety of September’s rent including utilities. 2 bed 2 bath apartment in-unit washer and dryer. Shared living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Pool and gym amenities available. Located next to a golf course and surrounded by a gated community. Trails nearby for exercise and dog walking.

Single Female (24) engineer and grad student with a small dog. I’m friendly but keep to myself. Not a regular partier but will go out occasionally. I am fairly active and enjoy hiking, running, and yoga. My hobbies include traveling, singing, crafting (sewing, crochet, knitting), playing video games, baking, learning nerdy things, puzzles, and spending time with friends.
