I am advertising to rent to 2 people, but if you are only one person and would not like to share space with another person and be able to have full access to the house but privacy of the other half of the house and use of 2 rooms - I’d consider this option for $1100.00/ mo and you would be the only renter -or- I will rent out 2 rooms for $800/mo each

You will have access to the whole house so if you like to cook you can feel comfortable to do so Utilities and high-speed 1000 Mbps unlimited data internet that can well support the households needs included Extra storage space may be available depending on your needs

The house is situated in a really nice and safe neighborhood with a pleasant atmosphere that is located in growing area. There’s a lot of new development plans for the surrounding area.

The neighborhood also has a lot of community amenities. -on-site gym, an awesome pool, volleyball court, pickleball court, and a full-size soccer/football field complete with goals and posts. And food truck days, where several food trucks park at the amenities center for the community to enjoy.

Location: House is about 2mi from 295- 95 access, close River City Marketplace & other shops, brand new publix, Approx. 20 mins from downtown (Riverside, San Marco, etc), Equal distance either way to Jax beach and beautiful Talbot Islands (about 25), 15 mins to the zoo & Jax int airport, Close to Blount Island naval base, Mayport and several parks

Must be LGBT friendly. I don’t care what your preferences are as long as you are accepting and respectful. My home is my sanctuary and hope it can be yours as well but is not an open house. No drugs No drama No pets (sorry) No couples/ kids
