Hello!! I’m looking to rent out a private room in my 3 bed 2 bath 1,400 Sq. Ft. condo in Santa Monica starting January 1st 2024.
The room is 13x9 ft and gets really good sunlight Rent is $1,500/ mo. Utilities are around $75/ mo It can come furnished or unfurnished. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There is an in-unit clothes washer and dryer Central A/C and heat Recessed lighting with dimmers throughout the home Ample street parking always available on the two adjacent streets Security deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
Santa Monica is a very exciting and walkable city with great public transport. There are tons of parks, bars and activities to do within walking distance of the condo. Best of all, the beach is 10 minutes away!!

A little about me, I’m a 24 year old UCSD graduate working in the automotive technology industry. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and have lived in Santa Monica for the past 2 years. I usually eat at restaurants or order take-out and try to cook at least 3-4 times a week. I like to hang with friends, go surfing, work-out, and watch TV in my free-time.
