I have a furnished or unfurnished room available in my home. Here are the details of the home. It’s a two bedroom two bath the room comes with its own ensuite bathroom that’s been completely remodeled 3 years ago when I purchase the home. The house is approximately 1400 ft located in the Arlington Hills area offf of Fort Caroline road has all brand new hardwood floors. Central air and heating, alarm system, fireplace, dishwasher large deck with gas grill in the back. House backs up to a forest so it’s quite private and nice. I pay for the gardener and a housekeeper to come in once a month to clean the common areas and the kitchen. There’s a washer and dryer inside the house .Vaulted ceilings. There is a home office that I just got through redecorating and remodeling. That is available to share. The only extra cost is approximately $30 toward the gas and electric bill which consistently runs between 150 and $200 a month so that’s not that much. I am looking to get a small dog don’t know if that creates a problem for you but you should know that. I have Wi-Fi and Internet available and also cable TV. The Wi-Fi is $90 a month of which I would accept $25 contribution. The cable is $130 a month in which I would accept $30 contribution. The rent is $800 a month with a $500 deposit and the room is unfurnished. The room itself has never been lived in since I bought the house three years ago so it’s an excellent condition.
