Room for rent in a furnished 2-bed 2 -bath apartment that’s a 10 minute walk to Cal Poly campus. It has a very large private back yard patio, built-in laundry, and shared pool access. Looking for a responsible, non-smoking student who doesn’t party too frequently or use illegal substances. I’ve already secured a cool person who’s exited to share the spacious room with someone else for $900/month. While the apartment will be furnished, you must bring your own bed and desk for your room. The room also includes a parking space that can be shared between the room’s occupants. The 1-year lease begins on July 20, and I’ll be moving in to furnish the place on the 21st.
I’m originally from Hawaii and I’m transferring from Santa Barbara city college and going to be moving to SLO- majoring in architecture. For my first year at SLO I’m taking a few required classes at Cuesta college before I can transfer to Cal Poly. I will usually spend my time focusing on my schoolwork and studies but when I’m not busy with academics I enjoy going to the beach (I’ve gotten back into beach volleyball lately), going to the gym, hiking, and playing video games (usually pc fps games). I’m not a huge party person but when invited I’ll enjoy small parties and gatherings. I don’t smoke and I only drink during parties. I like to keep things pretty clean especially in living rooms and kitchens and pick up after myself.
