Looking for one more person to share a room in my 2 bedroom apartment located approximately a 10 min walk from Cal Poly and 15 min drive from Cuesta. It’s located approximately near the Santa Rosa Park. The room is $1050 plus utilities which the approximates at being around $60-70. There are no pets allowed but there’s access to a community pool and the apartment is attached to a private patio area that has been a great space for bbqs, working out (I have a bench and dumbbells) and inviting guests over. We are looking to resign pretty soon for the next upcoming year-long lease that is set to renew in late July.

You would be living with myself (Foster), a third year Architecture major at who’s currently at Cuesta, as well as Timothy (who the room would be shared with), who’s a 4th year engineering major at Poly who’s perusing his Master’s next semester. We both don’t party hard and both and are welcome guests over. We usually notify each other in advance whenever large groups of people are invited over. And we both regularly clean and keep the place looking nice.
