Hi!

I’m looking for roommates to fill 2 rooms in my house! Its a 3 bed 1.5 bath house located in Takoma Park, MD, minutes away from DC. Both rooms share a bathroom. The main room (my room!) has a half bath so I would share just the shower. There is one smaller room that fits a full sized bed, and a larger room that can fit a queen sized bed.

Rent is $1800 for both rooms and can be spilt however you’d like. Security deposit is also $1800 and is due with first month’s rent upon signing.

The lease begins August 1 and lasts a year.

About the roomies

You’ll be living with me! I’m 27, work for a local nonprofit, and have 1 old man cat. He’s really chill but does not vibe well with dogs so no dogs please ): (visits are fine!!)
