Columbia Pike

Hi! We have an open room in a house in Annandale. The house is 8k sqft so there’s lots of space in common areas. There are 4 rooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom, and 2 people occupying the basement apartment. The house is located on a semi private driveway off Columbia Pike, close to the Barcroft Plaza Shopping Center.

We’re all in our twenties and mostly keep to ourselves, but do host parties, gatherings etc together. Half of us work from home/hybrid but theres enough space where we interfere with other people’s schedules. There is one cat and one dog that live in the basement, so we are open to more pets (there is a $500 per deposit - no security deposit)
