Basant's room

I am looking for 2 new roommates to take over a year long lease from August 2023-August 2024. It is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath in south oakland. We have in-unit laundry in our basement, but there is also a laundromat about a 5 minute walk away. We live directly off of boulevard of the allies, and it’s a great location for any Pitt students! The entire apartment is already furnished, excluding the bathroom upstairs that will be shared by the two new tenants. We have a private backyard as well.

Both of my roommates are moving out, but I am an upcoming junior university student. I love to cook and bake and I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen. I almost always have pastries made for my roommates, and I love sharing the food I make. I really like spending time with my friends, but I can be a bit of a homebody too. I love meeting new people, and I really value a relationship of mutual respect and trust with my roommates.
