I have a cozy Tiny home for rent at the back of my house named the Utopia Cottage. My main home is a 4B 2.5B home, with a nice patio,Large BBQ grill & fire pit in the backyard. I have a full security system around the house, fingerprint touch pad keypad entrance into Tiny home. The main home has a water softener system. So fully filtered water is available for use as needed. Very awesome tasting water, & bottled water has been a thing of the past since having a water softener. One of my fav investments! There is full access to laundry room located inside the house. Please note : Tiny home DOES NOT have a toilet inside. It is located in the main house right through the double doors. It is a half RR and only has a toilet & sink which would be available for use anytime.please see pics listed showing double doors & RR after walking through. More details regarding Tiny home in next section.:) I am a 32 yr old female that owns this main home. I’m very laid back, friendly ,outgoing, but sometimes quiet and to myself when I’m in a more relaxed mood and have had a busy day . I live in a very quiet neighborhood , my home in conveniently located near lots of shopping centers, Also only a few mins away from HEB PLUS and Walmart. There are no bus stops near my home so having a car or Uber would be needed. A plenty of stores & restaurants walking distance. I currently have 2 female roommates & one male whom is “LBGT” friendly. All 3 roomies are very friendly , respectful & have been long term tenants. I have 2 friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats. All my pets are super friendly and love people,They are my kids. lol Iam pretty much a neat freak and find comfort & piece of mind with organization and cleanliness , life is smoother and I can think more clearly, so definitely looking for someone who is similar in that area, & likes to keep their space clean, & doesn’t like clutter. I work part time flipping cars & bartending as well. I also have a box truck buisness also so i stay pretty busy. I am looking for a responsible roommate that keeps busy & has a full-time job, Preferably not a work from home job. Someone who doesn’t have parties or different individuals over but more so focused on work and future goals. Immediate family or close long term friends would be ideal & preferred. I would like a tenant that is responsible with with no kids or pets only because it is a tiny home & not enough space. This tiny home is 4/20 friendly. 4/20 must be smoked inside only & Any Tobacco products must be smoked outside only.

The Utopia Cottage is a TINY HOME and is a 10ftX12ft home. Please keep that in mind. Also the home DOES NOT have a toilet in it. Please see pictures for more details. The toilet is located in the main house about 50ft from the Tiny home. So tiny home may be more suitable for a male renter. Rent is $920 monthly, All bills paid. Includes wifi & utilities. I am currently offering 6 month or 12 month lease. A 3 month trial period is required prior to lease renewal & long term lease agreement. There is. $275 non refundable move in deposit. & $300 Refundable Security deposit. Ideal tenant would Need to be able to pass a background check and have a consistent job history. Room is fully furnished & all items in home are BRAND NEW, tiny home is newly built ! Includes night stand with led & usb port plug in, Twin size bed with 10 inch memory foam mattress, 6 in 1 Microwave oven,4.5 cu. Size fridge, 2 fully functioning countertop burners, All in one toaster oven, ALL kitchen appliances needed, Rice cooker, coffee maker, all silverware, plates, pots & pans. You name it I’ve got it & if I don’t have it I’ll be sure to get it!:) Room has a beautiful walk in shower, smart Ac unit, smart heater unit, smart Led kitchen lights that can all be controlled & programmed through your phone just need to download the app. There is an 32 inch smart Samsung tv on a swivel mount & can be moved as needed or preferred. Tenant will have full access to filtered water system in main house as well as washer and dryer . Both accessible 24/7. No limited times. Backyard Landscaping is currently in progress , will have a nice fire pit sitting area located next to tiny home for available use.

Being that this is a NEWLY built home with ALL NEW appliances & furniture, created with tons of love & care, I am definitely looking for a very responsible ,respectful, well organized ,clean, potential tenant so a through screening process will be done to make sure it is a good fit & will be treated with tons of love & care !
