Giovanni's room

The house has a chill open vibe. It’s been under a remodel for the past year. Specifically the kitchen has some open wall work happening but fully functioning appliances available for use. There is also a spa and pool available as well. The room were offering is the master bedroom which has its own bathroom. The parking situation would be the on driveway. Laundry is located in the garage with fairly new appliances.

We are two guys looking for a roommate, hopefully with similar working schedules. We’re gone during the day most of the week. We have a super friendly house cat. The house is cannabis friendly and we have a maid deep clean once a month.
