Good place for college students of UC Merced and Merced College to room off campus being less than a 5 minute commute by drive for both. Quite spacious compared to UCM Dormitories. Public pool and recreational rooms free for residents to use, and a gym. Have to pay one time fee for pets(2 pets max), internet, or better parking. I won’t be living here since I’ll be living on campus, and the other person there may also be living in the room, if he doesn’t get on campus housing. If he does live there, there have to be some rules set before we accept you, though we’ll go over that in private messages.
