Third bedroom in a three bedroom house, fully furnished. Cozy and comfortable, bedroom shares a bathroom with the empty second bedroom (so, bathroom is really all yours). Rent ($1500) includes everything—internet, heat, electricity, appletv/prime/sling (no cable), cleaning lady 2x/month, and access/use of the entire house (3br, 2.5baths). My goal is for someone to come in and make themselves at home.

I’m looking for someone easy going who has their own social life and interests (I’m very busy), who is quiet and neat, and likes dogs (I have a doodle mix—not looking to add any animals to the household)! Perfect for a graduate student (3.2 miles from Babson and Olin; 5.2 miles from Wellesley College) or professional (1/4 mile from Commuter rail, 1 mile from 128).
