A room in a gorgeous 2 bed apartment in the heart of Wellesley! This apartment has a full and a half bath, and is located only about 1 mile from the Wellesley college campus, and only about 10 minutes from the Babson college campus. It is just down the street from a nice walking path, and there is a park just across the street. There is also a grocery store just a half mile away, and a train station not a block away (it is on the Framingham/Worcester line, which can drop you off right at South Station).

The apartment has finished hardwood floors, and thick sturdy doors. There is lots of light throughout the apartment, and even a sunlight in the half bath! (Don’t ask why it’s in the bathroom, I couldn’t tell ya) There is a shared deck off the kitchen, which features nice open counter space, a decently sized sink, a gas stove, and a new fridge. The bedroom has two evenly sized closets with ample storage space. Heating, which is included in the rent, is through a radiator system. Bills typically total about $70 for electric, and $25 for gas.

Chelsea is a lovely working professional. She spends her time watching TV and generally is a quiet person. She is very amicable, and open to all sorts of people. I don’t doubt that you’ll get along!
