I have 1 room available Located in the hills of Norco, this room is unfurnished. Includes washer and dryer, wifi, bathroom, & parking. Utilities bill is $75 on the 15th. Shared bathroom. Cannabis friendly. 1 PET ALLOWED. Backyard is huge and has a bbq pit. Kitchen access (just clean up after yourself). Garage is off limits, I use it for storage. Have 2 Dogs both are trained and one cat. Room is in the front of the house. Would suggest getting a mini fridge if that’s possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
