Christopher's room

Hello there, I have 1 room available Located in the hills of Norco, this room is unfurnished. Includes washer and dryer, wifi, bathroom, & parking. Utilities included . Shared bathroom. Cannabis friendly. 1 PET ALLOWED. Backyard is huge and has a bbq pit. Kitchen access (just clean up after yourself). Garage is off limits, I use it for storage. Have 2 Dogs both are trained and one cat. Room is in the front of the house. Would suggest getting a mini fridge if that’s possible. Let me know if you have any questions.

Some of definite house rules include but are not limited to: *NO Illegal drugs of any kind (cannabis is ok) . *NO Parties. We’re all human so you are welcome to having a friend over they just can’t stay. Must be courteous, respectful, private and clean to ensure harmony for other residents living in the home.

Its myself, my Dad, and I have 2 friends that rent a room as well. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. All are friendly and have been trained.
