My home is 2000sq ft and sits on a lake in a Nice/Safe large subdivision with over 7 Lakes with sidewalks all around. This is a smart home that includes Vivint Smart Home Security, Outside Ring Cameras, Google and Lutron Automation lighting and ceiling fans, Nest Thermostat, Nest Smoke, and Carbon which are all integrated into Google Hub so if you have any issues I can assist remotely.

You will have access to the Kitchen, which is equipped with all New Appliances, Family Room space (which has a 75-inch LG 4K with Sonos Surround sound), Washer and Dryer, Backyard patio, and the subdivision amenities which offers a recently renovated large Community Pool with outside grills and gathering space, Basketball & Tennis courts, Sand Volleyball, and an open field for outdoor workouts.

You will have the home to yourself for the majority of the time - I’m rarely at the house as this isn’t my primary residence. I do have an office there and occasionally come during the day to work and sometimes I do bring my Hypoallergenic dogs which are well trained (Bernedoodle and Yorkie).
