Hi guys! Me and my roomie are currently looking for a third roommate to occupy a large shared bedroom with just one other female roommate. We’re preferably looking for another student or professional. Our apartment is fully furnished and includes a parking space, full access to the kitchen, and a shared bathroom and living room. Water is included. The utilities not included are electricity, gas, and wifi (we split the utilities monthly). Although we don’t have on-site laundry, there’s a local laundry mat about five minutes away. Our apartment is conveniently located only 9 minutes away from Santa Monica College by foot and less than a 15 minutes away from the 17th Street/SMC transit station as well! The area is very safe and family oriented.
