This is a studio apartment ready for immediate move-in. All bills paid!

Deposit and first month’s rent must be paid in order to move in. Rent is due on a monthly basis on original date of payment going forward. Minimum 2 weeks notice required for move-out if you want the option of deposit being refunded.

Pictures are an accurate description of the apartment and furniture included. Furniture can be removed upon request if you have your own furniture.

You will have full access to the apartment and won’t have to deal with any roommates at all.
