Master bedroom with en suite bathroom available in the La Costa area on September 1st!

This is a large, private bedroom with en suite bathroom and a dressing area that includes 3 closets. It can be furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for just one individual (preferably female) to sublet the room. The house is very spacious and has plenty of storage as well as a large kitchen with two refrigerators. There is also a private backyard/patio with a grill and outdoor fireplace. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

The house is a 3BR and the other occupants are two women (ages 29 and 30) and one dog. We are both fully vaccinated against covid with updated boosters and are looking for someone similarly responsible.
