Looking for someone to sublet the 3rd room in a 3BR in the Rancho La Costa area of South Carlsbad. The bedroom is private and the bathroom is shared with one other person. Single occupancy only, available furnished or unfurnished.

The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and 2 refrigerators. It also has a private backyard with a deck, grill, and outdoor fireplace. The neighborhood is quiet and has a community pool. Lots of great trails within walking distance and a quick drive to all shops and the entrance to the 5.

Two professional women in their early 30s and one dog (border collie, age 11). One of us works completely outside of the house and the other is mostly working from home.
