I am looking for a roommate to move in the apartment sometime in the month of May or June 2023. If you move in May Rent and Utilities are free for the entire month. The deposit is also covered no matter when you move. You will just have to pay the application fee for the apartment building.

Rent: $1229.5 + Utilities Location: Dallas, TX (Knox-Henderson) 6 min from SMU

Room: Private unfurnished room with private bathroom Kitchen: Shared Living Room: Shared Dining Room: Shared Sunroom: Shared Washer and dryer in unit.

Deposit: None

Some things I’m looking for in my roommate: ⁃ Females Only ⁃ Non-Smokers ⁃ Must be able live in the apartment until Mid March 2024 or help find someone to takeover your lease if you need to leave before the lease is over
