Fully furnished bedroom in a home 2 miles from CSUMB. This room has two closets. You have two mini fridges and a microwave in your room.
Full Kitchen and washer/dryer use.
This room is furnished to make your stay comfortable. New bed. Bathroom shared with one other female.
Utilities shared ($115/month).

Looking for a currently enrolled college student or full time employee (female only allowed).
No smoking or drugs. We have a dog. No more pets allowed at the moment.
No overnight guests. Single occupancy only.

About the roomies
It is myself and my older daughter along with our dog. We have been sharing our home with college females for over 6 years. We live in the middle of a lovely forrest with beautiful wildlife all around. You will see deer and wild turkeys every single day. Very safe neighborhood.
