*Room comes Unfurnished although I do have a dresser and bookcase if you need them.
This is a converted dining room in a 3 bedroom home in a very safe neighborhood close to CSUMB.
Directly outside of your room is a lovely, private furnished patio strictly for your own private use.
Full Kitchen and washer/dryer use.
Bathroom shared .

Looking for a currently enrolled college student or full time employee (female only allowed).
No smoking or drugs. We have a dog. No more dogs allowed at the moment.
Single occupancy only. No overnight guests.

About the roomies
It is myself and my older daughter along with our dog. We have been sharing our home with college females for nearly 7 years. We live in the middle of a lovely forrest with beautiful wildlife all around. You will see deer and wild turkeys every single day. Very safe neighborhood.
