About the room
Private room with a shared bathroom. This is a ground level, three bedroom two bath condo in La Venita. Your room has new carpet and a spacious closet! Washer and dryer included. There is plenty of parking and the small backyard has a cement patio with room to grill, keep potted plants etc. Community pool. Water and trash are included. Tenants will split internet and power. Internet is $25 and power varies, usually between $25 and $50. Looking for someone clean, quite and considerate. You MUST be willing to clean up after yourself and keep the common areas clean. If you’re looking for a quite, relaxed place to live, this is the place for you!
