Washer and dryer on premises. There is plenty of parking and the small backyard has a cement patio with room to grill, keep potted plants etc. There is a community pool. If you’re looking for a relaxed and quiet place to live this is the place for you! Current Roomies are quiet and neat. John is usually only there 2 or 3 days a week. No smoking of any kind inside condo. No pets. Would consider letting a couple rent the room for additional rent.

Current roommates are 2 males, John (50’s) and Ian (30’s, found here). Both are easy going and get along with anyone.
