Clean, furnished room in beautiful house close to everything. House is upgraded and clean / organized. Very light and bright and welcoming. Positive vibes. Large tropical backyard and front yard area perfect for BBQ’ing and enjoying the day outside. Laundry room with new appliances.
The location is right off the 5. 10 minutes to Coronado dog beach, 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes (or less) to the airport, and 10 minutes (or less) to North Park, Hillcrest, etc. Close to everything!
Everything is included with the exception of electric, however I do have solar! So there is essentially no bills in the summer. The house has a whole-house water filtration system which is excellent for your skin.
I also have an extra guest room so if you have friendly guests from out of town for the weekend you’re welcome to have them over.
