Hi there! I have a master room with downtown views available in my beautiful, clean, and updated home. You’d be sharing house with me and my sweet and well behaved dog.

The house is bright, light, airy, safe, clean, and modern with tons of space! I’m looking for a responsible, organized, respectful and clean person to share it with. Someone, preferably, who does not work from home, is mentally and financially stable, and extremely clean would be best. Active duty very welcome! It’s very close to base to it’s super easy to get to.

The location is perfect and literally a 10 minute drive to anywhere. Coronado is less than 10 minutes away, downtown and the airport is also about 8 -10 minutes away. Golden Hill, Mission Valley, North Park, all super close! It’s located right off the I-5, about 10 minutes south of downtown. It’s near the Naval base and would perfect for someone in the Navy. The room is furnished very nicely. The entire home is furnished nicely, and I don’t need any additional furnishings.

Parking is available via a private driveway with an electric gate. There is also plenty of street parking for guests.

The only utilities charged is electric…However I do have solar panels. So the electric bills aren’t too bad.) No electric bills in the summer!

Additional details: House is beautiful, very nice, and recently upgraded. All brand new appliances and an actual laundry room with new washer/dryer.
The backyard is very tropical, like the perfect oasis. Plenty of room for BBQ’s in the summer. I also have a whole house water filtration system called the “Halo” system that leaves your skin feeling amazing. A guest room available for out of town guests.

Navy Veteran now working as a contractor in government cyber. I’m in my mid 30’s and love the beach, traveling, my sweet dog Ghost and cooking.
