Looking for someone to take over my lease at Wimberly at Deerwood, a quiet, family-oriented apartment community about 5 minutes from Town Center. It’s a 2/2 apartment, so you would have a private bedroom and bathroom. You would be sharing the apartment with a male roommate in his late 20s – he’s a super quiet and considerate guy who’s easy to get along with. Features include an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened-in balcony, a spacious walk-in closet, and tons of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but I’m also selling the bed (twin), box spring, mattress, and memory foam mattress topper, so just let me know if you’re interested in it! The community has an awesome newly renovated gym, volleyball court, and pool + barbeque area, plus it’s walking distance to the movie theater, several fitness studios, and a variety of restaurants.
