We love this place but moving to a different place near mountains and hope someone can take over the place and enjoy the bird island and natural trails behind the neighborhood, waterways for kayaking, and locations within several minutes driving from Costco, 99 ranch, downtown san carlos, San Mateo and down redwood city.

(2 months lease transfer at discounted price negotiable + priority to renew for 12 months lease with management at regular price ~3200 or so). The apt complex would need your application, credit score, pay stub approve you then transfer the lease to youuntil 7/31/2023 and then you can decide whether to renew. Iโm also flexible with being on the lease until 7/21/2023 if youโre starting a new job and donโt have paystub yet but are able to cover the rent.
