The house is on a hill with partial view of the bay, spacious kitchen, living room, and backyard with potential for garden and farming operation. Renovated bathrooms that is yours except occasional guests that come over less than once a month. Large washer & dryer in unit. Street parking available.

Alternatively, also a master room with end suite bathroom available 240 sq ft. $1800 per month.

3 months or 6 months preferred. No pets allowed.

We are located 7 minute drive from San Bruno BART, close to 280 highway and commute to SF or South Bay within 30 minutes, and close to many offices including Youtube 3 minutes away. 3 minute drive to conveniences including Costco and other international supermarkets, mall. 5 minutes from SFO. Close to San Bruno Mountains and Sweeney Ridge Hiking Trails.

We’re a couple, very respectful. We keep the house fairly clean, so we’re looking for a clean, conscientious, and communicative housemate willing share in chores. We have friends over occasionaly every month but do a lot of socializing out of the house and prefer the same. Not into loud partying late into the night.
