Its a lovely house in a non-gated community. It has a large lanai in the back, (sorry-no pool). The room has a queen bed, an empty double dresser, and a 5’ mostly empty closet. It is whole house air conditioned, and has a ceiling fan. There is a mirror over the dresser, and a full length mirror behind the door. It is carpeted, and painted a taup-y color. The roomate will be able to park on the driveway. The roomate will have full use of the kitchen. Visitors will be welcome-but on the lanai only-sorry. Non-smokers only. No pets please. The only TV is in the living room.
I live alone. I am a retired commercial Interior Designer. I moved to Florida from NYC 11 years ago. I speak only English. I love classical music and opera. I love to cook and I enjoy a good meal. Food shopping in the area is terrific. I love gardening, but have not kept it up due to a very bad back. Public transportation is very spotty-you must have a car to go anywhere
