About the room
Nice clean room with closet, and private bathroom, in comfortable, air conditioned house. Roomie will have access to living room, lanai, dining room and kitchen. Please have your own car. There is bus service on SR64, but it is spotty. Publix and Walmart nearby.
About the roomies
The property is a private home on 1 floor-no stairs or elevator to worry about. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood-not gated. I dont have or want kids or pets. Cell phone reception is excellent.
