I need someone to move in before June. Your may rent is paid so it will be free. It’s half the rent & half utilities. Half the rent is $880-9. But if you don’t keep my garage it’ll be $125 cheaper. Woman only, 420 friendly, pet friendly. Gated community. Office has pool, hot tub, gym, volleyball, car wash & theater. You have to pay the office $70 for your application fee.

I’m leaving so you’ll need to take over my half of the lease. My old roomate will still be there so she’s who has to approve of you. She’s a lgb(t) friendly woman in her 40s who is quiet and to herself. Pays rent on time. Likes animals & motorcycles.
