At Lakeland Hills -so if you’ve been in this area, you know you’re in neat clean a safer neighborhood. The house is in a gated community, 1 block to shuttle/bus to get to Auburn train station . Two big grocery stores Haagen and Safeway. Near major highways, schools and hospitals. Parks everywhere big and small. Restaurants like Mexican ,Japanese, Teriyaki, Subway, McDonald’s , Menchies, Starbucks, Mod, Hop’s jacks, Burger, The Rock ,and many more businesses like nails, haircut, Urgent Care. Monthly utilities is right around $150 due 1st day of the month. I will give you your own gate opener.
3 hard working professional women, ( 3 teachers by profession -works a lot , no drugs, no drinking , quiet -peaceful home but sociable people, one smokes very little- outside covered porch . Great cooks . One who became like family to us is moving to Montana. Plenty of parking . Unable to have pets as as two of the tenants have dander allergies. More photos of room to follow.
