Pet free, drug free, high ceilings. Walking distance to two big grocery stores Haggen and Safeway. Near major highways, schools and hospitals. Parks everywhere big and small. Restaurants like Mexican, , Japanese, sushi, subway, teriyaki, Mediterranean McDonald’s , Menchie’s ice cream, Starbucks, Mod pizza Hop’s jacks, Burger joint, The Rock and many more businesses like nails, urgent care, haircut, UPS. Papa Murphys. Deposit is refundable at the end of tenancy except $75 for cleaning fee. You will do the background check yourself please and give me a copy. And reference from previous landlord ( if you rented in the past) I am NOT collecting the last month’s rent- Only the first month and the security deposit.

Furnished bedroom with full bathroom to share only with one female tenant. Not multiple. 3 busy working people - none of them do drugs, no drinking, no smoking. However if you smoke , there’s gazebo for your privacy. Moderate drinking is ok too.
About me and my family–I have a bachelor’s degree and work in the medical fields 23 yrs- 2 kids in UW- one graduated Master of Architecture on 6/24, one graduated this summer 6/ 2025. They live in Seattle. Visit sometimes but very rare. Love animals but None since son is allergic to animal danders unfortunately .
