It has a California King sized bed, remote controlled ceiling fan & lighting, TV, brand new vinyl plank flooring, assigned RV parking space, walk-in closet, pool and waterfall view. The home is equipped with security cameras in common areas and parking area, chef’s kitchen with dual ovens, Viking 6 range stove, 2 living rooms plus a bonus room, billiards and indoor table tennis table, basketball arcade, foosball, and new washer & dryer. Backyard features a barbecue grill, lounge area, garden, and a sparkling heated swimming pool with a rock waterfall! You will have access to all amenities. :) Just minutes away from Antelope Valley College, the mall, movie theater, Lancaster Performing Arts Center, gym, dining, parks, and nightlife

we do not have a lot of traffic in and out of the house and prefer someone who will not bring a lot of traffic as well. Overnight guests permitted twice per week but must provide copy of valid government ID.
