This is a well-maintained house of 2350sqft located very conveniently between the Medical Center and Pearland along SH288. It is 12min to the Medical Center, less than 20min to University of Houston, Rice and downtown. The room is on the 1st floor fully furnished with a full sized bed, mattress, desk, chair, multi-functional woven closet, 3-tier book shelf, 32in TV, 4-square organizer, lamp, and blinds+curtains. Rent of $600 includes most utilities (except a small portion of shared electricity bill). Personal items or shareable items like dish soap, paper towels etc. are coordinated among residents. I am a (female) high school teacher with a very regular schedule and 2 other (male) roommates are teacher/medical professional with regular schedules. No drugs or pets.
