Sophia's room

This is a well-maintained house of 2350sqft located very conveniently between the Medical Center and Pearland along SH288. It is 12min to the Medical Center, less than 20min to University of Houston, Rice and downtown. The room is on the 2nd floor fully furnished with a queen sized bed, mattress, large corner desk, arm chair, large 3-door closet, 4-tier book shelf, tower fan, lamp, blinds+curtains and a nice sized walk-in closet. Rent of $750 includes all utilities except the portion over $70 for electricity(split among all roommates). Personal items or shareable items like dish soap, paper towels etc. are not included and coordinated with others. Washer and dryer, bathroom will be shared with others.
