Hi there!

I am moving out but my roomate, Logan is staying! You will not find a better deal for the price. You will have your own master bedroom upstairs with an attached full bathroom and closet. Downstairs, there is another 12x12 room with a great view that looks into the back yard. Additionally there is a separate bathroom in that hall wall that is also yours. The house is 2,700 sq ft and located right by Queens Harbor, which is a very nice area. The neighbors are awesome and everyone looks over each other. It’s incredibly safe and very welcoming.

My roommates name is Logan and he has two dogs; Ferguson & Daisy! He’s very laid back and one of my best friends. He sells insurance from home and is an awesome cook! There’s no household drama and he is very tidy.
