The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2654 square feet, within walking distance to South Hayward Bart station, about 4 minutes drive to CSUEB, about 35 minutes Bart to downtown San Francisco, and about 35 minutes Bart to downtown Berkeley, one block east to Mission Blvd, in Webster Street & E 15th St, Hayward, CA. Please see the map for details. Washer and dryer are included. Utilities are not covered. Plenty of street space for parking. Kitchen will be shared, light cook preferred (no couple, no family, no roommate under 18). Sorry but there’s no pets allowed, as much as I love animals but I have tenants who are allergic to cats / dogs, No Smoking, No Alcohol / Drugs Abuse, No Overnight Stay (with permission is Ok), No Party Animals, No Loud Music, No Drama Queen, No Dishonesty, and Absolutely No Illegal Acts. Clean, responsible, and respectful of others’ space and belongings. You need to provide proof of income, reference and credit report. You should not have any crime recorder. Move in cost is first month rent + one month security deposit. You income should be about 3 x rent.
