The location is 5 minutes away from SMC by walk. The lease is a 1-year lease. Available starting 05/01 Credit score of 700 minimum and making 2-3 times the rent with proof of income are mandatory requirements set by the property management.

The bed in the picture is for sale and will be sold before anyone moves in unless you want to move in and buy it.
