Rent includes utilities and twice a month cleanings of common spaces.

This room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstands. It has new carpet and a window that opens onto the garden.

• No smoking

My house is a 4/2. Backing onto the Via Delta de Anda trail, 15 miles of walking/biking/running is just out the door. A Bart station is 2 miles away.

We are a household of hard working professionals. We enjoy having a quiet, restful place to come home to at the end of the day, and sometimes sharing house dinners together.
